Binh Son Investment JSC. (BSI)
BSI was officially established in 2016 with a strong mission:
“To drive the modernization of the energy and electrical engineering services sector in Vietnam by building a synergistic ecosystem of engineering, energy optimization, and utility infrastructure services – aiming for accessible, cost-effective, and future-ready solutions.”
BSI was founded by a group of seasoned experts in the utility infrastructure and energy sectors. We were born with the goal of optimizing the expertise of our member companies to help customers thrive in a constantly changing world, reduce waste, support infrastructure development and create smart energy systems.

2016 – Established Binh Son Investment JSC (BSI)
Established in 2016, Binh Son Investment laid the first foundation stones for its journey to connect strategic sectors: energy – engineering services – infrastructure investment.
Starting as a specialized investment enterprise in the energy sector, particularly in electricity, and with just 50 people at its inception, BSI has steadily developed its network of factories, headquarters, and outstanding operational capabilities.

2022 – Officially Launched the IPO Process
BSI officially launched the IPO process – marking the beginning of a new chapter in market integration.
2025 – Reached 32 Billion VND in Charter Capital
BSI JSC reached 32 billion VND in charter capital, supported by a robust ecosystem of four strong member companies.
